WOW!!!

#1 Post by pellet head »

Just finished putting in a JM Tarantula spring in my Quest 1000. Went out to give it a try and had to stop. From about 20 metres, it was blowing holes in my backstop in my garage, and hitting stuff on my workbench. This thing has power. Now, I do have to resight it cuz I couldn't hit ANYTHING at all, but it definitely has more power, and is much smoother. So once I sight it in again, it should be trouble for pop cans and popsicle sticks everywhere. (evil laugh) HAHAHAHAHA Sorry, couldn't resist.

Thanks

I put one of his springs in my HW30s. His stuff is top notch I have put many thousands of shots thru since and I dont notice any depreciation. It hits as hard as the day I installed it.

I have one for my HW30s as well. Just haven't gotten around to doing it yet.
Glad to hear it will be worth it as well.

Sammy first you have to put the Quest 1000 piston in your 500 and then put in the turantula spring.

You can mod your 500 piston into a 1000 piston. I believe I saw it on this site. Do a search on it.
