Crosman 795

#1 Post by Zonker »

Hello everyone,

I was just wondering...has anyone done any mods to a Crosman 795 Springmaster? It's rated at 600fps..has anyone squeezed more out of it?

Do you have the Canadian version or the American one?

Actually, I don't have either. I've seen the US version at Wholesale sports. It looks like a cheap PAL gun, but I don't know if it has any upgrade potential.

I think you can buy/build stock, and maybe buy a new spring.

Yeah, man, don't get it. Use your dollars on a 2240.... :D or something else.

Hey, don't hate. It releases negative energy, which is bad for everyone.

Ok,

Springmaster 795 is out! I kinda figured that for that price, it couldn't be a very high quality unit. I have a benjamin 397 (it came from Canadian Tire in the early 90's) that I'm trying to "re-PAL". I'm not having much luck, so I might just get a new rifle. Any suggestions for a sub $200 CAD PAL rifle?

Thanks!
