Hey, don't hate. It releases negative energy, which is bad for everyone.

It's when you take a breath before pulling the trigger and holding it. It's one of the principles of shooting. I learned this from Cadets. :D

marksman guide for Proper Breathing

GOOGLE "MARKSMAN GUIDE" and the like ... proper breathing is very important for an accurate hit - especially if ur NOT using two stage trigger or other modified trigger assemblies...
GOOD LUCK !!

The way I leaned it when shooting benchrest with a 2 oz trigger , was take a deep breath ,let about half out ,hold and shoot. ...worked for me and I still use this method.

Don,t hold your breath......

The proper way to take a shot is listen to yourself brethe. You,ll notice there is a slight pause after you exhale (normal bretheing) and before you inhale and thats when your suppose to take your shot. Watch your groups improve.

Holding your breath will make you shake. Just do a search for sniper websites or army training, most prefer this method. Also every shot is suppose to be like a surprise if your technique is right.

Breath Control - Stop breathing long enough to release the shot (5-10 seconds). Note: If you hold your breath more than 10 seconds, your vision may blur.

I beleive that "The proper way to take a shot" is the way you are most comfortable with , and as far as the shot being a" surprise " that I think is more a proper trigger control issue...where you squeese the hand evenly and not just the trigger finger....as I remember reading somewhere that a drill sargent told his new recruits: you squeese the stock and trigger like you would a woman's breast....gently...

I was trying to help out and maybe make some others more accurate in shooting, as for shot being a surprise that was just a little more info on sniping. you can breathe however you want but when your hunting game i prefer a way that is consistant all the time. I think if your holding or wanting air its just another issue to deal with. I,m no perfect shot but i sure try and have made some dandies.
