Can anyone else get to this website?

Every now and then I have problems getting to it. But it's been saying "page cannot be found" for a couple of days now, yet I was there at the start of this week. I'm not sure if it's my computer or his server.

i have tryed to get to the website, but i also says "page not found".. So it's not your computer
Maybe the website is offline for some updates...

the webmaster moved all other the files.html to another folders,
may be for revamping the web pages.
