Coupla bulking questions...
1. Has any ever bulked a Cr 357?
2. Will it work if in drill a hole on the end (not the nozzle end, the "butt" end), and drill a hole in the screw-on cap at the front of the co2 tube (this is a 2240) and lead a 9oz paintballgun co2 tank to the hole? Hm, I guess this needs a pic, hang on....

Hey, don't hate. It releases negative energy, which is bad for everyone.

ok, i'm editing this whole post since you posted more info while i was typing it.
i actually tried something very similar to that myself. the problem with my design was that after i drilled the hole in my powerlet (an empty one, of course), i didn't have enough metal to work with to tap threads. the walls are just too thin and the few threads would have probably stripped out under the pressure.
how do you plan on securing the line to the powerlet?

Drilling and tapping 12gs is possible. It's just not a very good idea. Thumper nailed it, the walls are too thin. It will either leak or fail in a short time.
Either buddy up with a machinist and get them to make you a dummy 12g or order one out of the states. You can save on shipping and customs charges by having them ship it to someone south of the 49th and having them mail it to you (I have friends in California and Pennsylvania that do this for me).
Sugarstump, on ebay, sells 12g dummys that are both side and end tapped. They come with a plug to plug one hole or the other.

This is the bulk adapter for my vintage Brass Eagle Nightmare.
Don't even think of asking, the threading on the cap will not fit a 2240.
Cooper-T sells a 12g elminator for $24.95 USD that does exactly what you are proposing

another alternative, if you don't want to buy and wait for a dummy cartridge, is the way i've run my bulk line. i've mentioned this in several other posts, and i promise i'll get my hands on a camera this weekend to take some pics.
it's permanent, mind you, but it works great. i drilled out the front end of the valve with a letter Q specialty bit, then tapped 1/8" npt (tapered pipe threads) into it. from there, you can just screw any standard 1/8" pressure-rated line. i'm using a grease gun hose rated at 5,000psi that i got at the local hardware store for about $8.
it's cheap and effective if done properly; you'll have to replace the front of the valve if you screw up.

That sounds like a great idea for one of my 2240's ...I read that before in one of your posts.....but it wasn't till just now that I visualized the concept.....Yes please get a camera.....that just to cool an idea not to try on at least one air gun......
