I saw one of these for sale yesterday.....225.00 seemed high, but I really don't know. Can you offer some guidance?

is this a air pistol ? or real ? . if its a real gun buy it quickly. if air, i'd pass .thats the price of a new one . i have had i case where i bought a gun that was in great shape and guess what . they were selling it for a reason .
