powerline 1000S

#1 Post by ICSM4A1 »

I desided to use my $100 on a powerline 1000S with a 3-9x32 scope and believe me it was worth it. this thing has huge power and accuracy at 1000fps. The first shot i took at the target went through the thickly packed layers of cardboar and then out through my wooden fence! The only minor porblem is the scope needs to be tightened every 3 or 4 shots because it gets a little loose. I recomend this gun for anyone thinking of buying it. Perfect for small game such as the squirel problem i had.

It's good to hear you're enjoying your investment. To help stop the scope from moving; clean and degrease the contact points on the reciever of the rifle and scope mount, even a tiny bit of oil residue can cause them to slip. Also clean the screw threads and holes for the screws on the mounts and then use blue, not red, blue locktight on them. This should help keep the screws from vibrating loose. Enjoy,

Mulby, i will take your advice. now that u said that i relized that the gun comes very oiled up so i will clean it up and try again even though many people have the problem with this gun. Webstein, the gun can be bought at almoust any walmart around. hmm.. not sure if they have walmarts in canada.? it cost $99 and comes with a 3-9x32 scope. I really recomend this gun to anyone. if u want pics i can take some for u.

Pics would be cool :D

We have walmarts but they dont carry that gun here because of firearms laws (anything over 500fps is a firearm and they dont want the hassle of it)
