Be carefull this may happen to you if you get to many.
You will have a headache trying chose which one to shoot.
It happen to me all the time
You can only shoot one at the time you know.
But if you are sick in the head like must of us you will need a lots
of different airguns.

The PPK is probably the most inaccurate airgun at Ctire or Walmart...The only thing I can see in that thing is a small it is, and the CPSport is really not much bigger. Really, you shouldn't get it. Just my lowly, humble opinion.silverwin wrote:Oh I forgot to ask.
What about the Walther PPK?
Nighthawk commented about it, I actually plan on getting it.

Hey, don't hate. It releases negative energy, which is bad for everyone.
Hi There Silverwin,
ABshooter is correct in saying the PPK in the most inaccurate gun on the market due to being a BB gun, not a pellet. It is also not powerful... only 290fps. There is no sight adjustments. To use the PPK at targets at 50ft, you could do better throughing a pebble then to use the PPK. So why do I have one? Because it is a blast to shoot!
If you are going to do just basic plinking at distances of 30 ft or less, the PPK is a blast. This is the only airgun that I have seen with a true blowback side that works with every shot. The magazine slides in the handle, not on a rotary disk. And the one feature this gun has that I feel other manufactures should try to incorporate into their gun design is that once you fire the last BB, the slider stays opened until another fully loaded magazine is inserted. No wasted CO2 gases. One more note... the PPK is made mostly of metal.
There is a book available for purchase and probably at a libary by James E House called "CO2 Pistols & Rifles" where Mr. House does have good reviews on many of the guns on the market. I started my collection after reading this book. Na, I do not get a commission for every book sold... just giving out some advise to a fellow airgunner.
For those Crosman 2240 lovers, like I am, Mr House does rate it a great single shot .22 airgun with lots of potential.
In conclusion, the PPK is like a Daisy Red Ryder. Fun gun to have but not for serious shooting.
Hope this helps.
Take care,
NIGHTHAWK
P.S. Lebaron has them on sale for $86.00 Canadian...

I'm not fond of any of the modern repeater air pistols so I won't recommend any of them... unless you want a Condor DU10, Aeron B96, or Steyr pistol.silverwin wrote:Oh I forgot to ask.

Right now I think im going to get the....
Walther Nighthawk
Walther PPK
Crosman 2240
Marksman 2004 Pneumatic
definitely not all at once, but in that order, haha
Thanks guys!

The Cr2240 would be a good choice... with a 10" barrel and steel breech... and wooden grips.
The HW40 and HW45 are two of my favourite air pistols. Mine both wear red dots. http://my.tbaytel.net/coopers
An old Crosman Mark1 or Crosman 150 or Cr600 are good to find.
If you like 10m shooting you could look at the IZH-46M or TAU-7. Both are good beginner pistols for 10m competition.
HTH,
Todd
I own a PPK. It's a blast to shoot, but not very accurate. I posted a topic on this:
