Finally, Chrony F1 results; Slavia and Xocet

To start they both seemed to like JSB Predators for fps.
630 fps for the 631
925 fps for the Xocet.
For my 10m basement range I would have to say the H&N FT were the best yielding easily ragged one whole groups at 845 fps for the â€œXâ€

My Slavia 631 does about 630fps after I gave it a lube and tune.I didn't have to change the main spring either. How do you like your 631? I really like mine it's pretty accurate.

Can hardly wait for springtime to play with plinking at distances as I'm getting tired of ragged one hole 5 shot rounds. Getting the chrony (from D&R) and 7 tins of pellets from Illingsworth at least changed the pace a little.

As this is relatively new to me, all I can say is that shooting the 631 is very smooth and enjoyable.

The farthest distance I have plinked so far with my Slavia 631 is 30 yards. And I'm talking about dead accurate plinking. I can hit 10/10 on a bean can. I haven't tried further but I will. I just have to wait for a nice day and I will get out there and try 40 yards and see what I can do. I wonder what is the max fps a Slavia 631 can be brought up to? I quite like mine at the 630fps it's doing now. No twang or anything.
