nope....did you look at the Benjamin website?

http://www.crosman.com/site/catalog/benjamin_sheridan

You have to assume the '500' models fit the Canadian market (ie. <500fps).

Yeah the site says Benjamin Legacy 1000.
So im just assuming its a Benjamin Legacy 500.
Kinda like the Quest 1000 to the Quest 500.

I second the motion... get a Diana if you are going to pay $250 for this arigun.

Canadian Tire prices are a bit high compared to many outdoor retailers. Plus I have heard on great comments on the Diana products and the fact you can get a rifle in .22 for the same price as CT has the Benjamin.

I have the Quest 500, and once the .22 barrel is available for my rifle, I will be replacing it. My preference is .22 for all rifles.

Good Luck and Take care,

The Benjamin Legacy is an overall better built rifle than the Quest. And the only difference between the Lagacy detuned and full power is the main spring. So one who has a permit can always up the FPS. And the Legacy has a much stronger spring than the Quest so it will do a lot closer to 1000fps.
