QB78 Project Bulk is done

#1 Post by sniper »

Finally I'm done with this prototype QB78 bulk. It shoots so sweet with a lighter trigger spring, polished shear & moly.
The cost of the project was: QB78 $150, bulk adapter $35, 2 brass connectors $7, paintball bottle top $25, 3.5oz bottle $55, MZ Brake $40, Barrel Band $25, The rest is just the TLC Labour ......
Very Quiet rifle that you only hear the pellet impact. very accurate tested on the target upto 25 yards, using hobby, xisico, jsb. Total weight with the scope is 7.5 lbs., easy to handle.
I'm hoping to create a one piece bulk from the tube to the bottle in near future ..... it's in the making ......

Nice QB !

Does the barrel band help in accuracy at all? Does the qb require a band or can it be used without a barrel band?

Hi There Sniper,

Very impressive looking rifle... very nice.

May I ask where did you get that muzzle brake?

Again, very nice rifle... congrats to a good job.

Take care,

Thank you guys for the compliments .....

Webstien - I guess somewhat the metal barrel band keeps the barrel
from vibrating. The result for sure much better than without it.

JezX- Yes, it is, the tube is 12" long, the barrel goes in 6".

NIGHTHAWK - MZ Brake is my own made. You can order custom one
from Metalmuncher49, who does excellent work at the very reasonable
price.

Hi Sammy,

I've been selling them as per request because the cost is still the problem
I guess since this project alone is upto $ 340.00+ but the enjoyment is
worth alot more......
