hooking up a drozd to a compressor
would it be possible? and how
Nope need 800 to 900 psi just buy a HPA tank and a couple of 20 oz CO2 tanks with hip holsters. PS you will need a genarator for the compressor in the woods.

Cheaper than 12 g bulbs, I fill 2 - 9 oz tanks, 1 - 20 oz and 48CI HPA tank all for 13 bucks!!! Can't do it any cheaper other than spending alot of money on a 850 PSI compressor (big bucks). I shoot forever on these tanks and have 3 paintball shops within 5 mins and besides nice see the products coming in. Just remember you cannot use a ordinary shop compressor that opeartes at 100 PSI to operate a pellet/BB gun.
