Gamo pistol - underlever .177

#1 Post by Tailgunner »

Just picked up this little springer.........for no other reason than I'd never seen one before. Turns out to have a very pleasant heft and pleasant feel in the hand. The sights, although plastic, are adj. for wind. and elev. and are very positive. The trigger is adj. for sear and is now very crisp and light. Chrono gave me 397 with copperheads. The gun looks brand new but I can't find out anything about it on the web.....and any Gamo catalogs I've looked at don't list it. Does anybody have any info on it????

Any information gratefully accepted :D

Thanks - Gus

it seems to be a target pistol... wood grip and single stroke pneumatic.

what is your gun pneumatic or spring?

Centre?.. same powerplant as the Falson, different grip and frame. Interesting adjustable angle on the the grip.

Hello everybody,

yeah, it`s the Gamo Centre. Gamo sold it as a starters match gun but that`s a little too much honour for this pistol. It shares the action with the Falcon. The grip of the Centre can be adjusted. It`s a sturdy gun, reasonable powerfull, it even has a scoperail. I`ve had one of those a long time ago, i `ve had the Falcon too. In both gun the spring broke after a while, that wasn`t too bad after all, the gun shot much easier, it didn`t jump as much as it did earlier.

The guns are out of production since about 10 years or so.

Hey ho let`s go shooting!!
