Airsource Version of 1077

#19 Post by NIGHTHAWK »

Hey ABshooter,

Are you going to look at the airsource version? I have read that the airsource version will give better fps over the CO2 because of the constant power from the airsource tanks. Power will still be under 500fps, but it is rated for 495fps.

Take care,

I assume so... since that's the only 1077 on the site and in the hunting cataluge (how the heck do you spell that word?!?!?). I'm also curious to see whether it comes with a powerlet adapter.

Crosman should clarify there numbers even further to save too much confusion......It should state that it's 1077's are rated for below 395fps W/7.9g.....that's more like a truthful numbers for a new 1077 out of the box...if you're lucky and get a good one.....

Well, I went to Ctire, and it doesn't seem too bad... I think I'll buy it and put a 12 grammer through it, if I don't like it, then I'll take it back.

Actually I changed my mind, I don't want anything to do with one. I went over to the 1077 forum, and seriously 1 out of 5 topics is about someones 1077 not holding gas, or being inaccurate, or having no power, etc.
