Walmart Gun Cases

#1 Post by ancorp »

Hopefully noone hijacks this thread THIS time

WTF?
Both locations near me (Weston Rd and HWY 7, and Bayview/Major Mac) dont seem to have gun cases anymore... any place in the GTA to pickup some rifle cases cheap?

Im going to be picking up an airgun soon, but dont really think its a good idea to carry a "realistic" airgun through the streets without a case

Anyone have any idea what's going on at walmart?

Or... anyone have any cheap cases for sale locally?

Thanks!
Cheers,
Alex

Lebaron has gun cases

#2 Post by NIGHTHAWK »

Hi there Ancorp,

You can get all types of gun cases at the Lebaron store on Woodbine Ave, just south of Hwy 7. There are a couple for under $30.00.

Also, if you are planning on carrying this rifle to your friend's place, have you considered getting a rifle in the take down version? Crossman has the 2289 Backpacker and Xsico has the B9-1. Both rifles comes apart and will fit inside a back pack.

I have the B9 which I picked up from MRMARVIN couple of weeks ago. Went for $175. Comes with 2 16 shot magazines. Nice rifle. Here is the webpage;

The Crosman 2289 goes for $95.00 at Lebaron.

I would not recommend walking the streets with a rifle case....

Take care,

Thanks for the quick reply, NIGHTHAWK!
Yup, I am well aware of Lebaron, just curious as to what happened to walmarts cases.

As for the rifle, I will be picking it up, and thats why I need the case. I bet that the one I will be picking up will top either of the ones you mentioned. I will only be carrying it from the house to the car and such, and using it for storeage at home later on.

Thanks!

Alex
