I wonder if they are going to have extended probes and the lothar barrels with the choke on the right side.

Yup - long travel - goes from zero to full spring bind with all powers in between.

Cheers - Gus :D

Looks like a 1740 modded with wood grips, fancy barrel, williams reciever sight (I have that one!), steel breech, metal muzzle break, and a trigger shoe to me...

Sheesh all they gotta do is cut the spring a little shorter or put in a weaker one then it wont go 520fps....

Personally i really dont care much for shooting it cause I prefer a .22.....

But this would be nice to get just to set aside for the grandkids.........

I'm guestimating 3-400.00cdn for this thing, perhaps in 20 years 1000.00?

Yours may be better, TLC counts for a lot

I must confess a total lack of knowledge on the subject of Competitive Silhouette Shooting. Is .177 the only caliber used?

The trigger mechanism on this gun would interest me.

My observation is it's usually only the .22 Crosmans that are in demand by hobbiests or increase much in value over the years. It does look nice, and I sure wouldn't mind one in .22 . Competitive target shooting is almost exclusively .177 . So what they did makes sense. Too bad for me... Oh yeah, the grips you actually get with the gun are plastic, the wood ones are for "example" only.

Hey, don't hate. It releases negative energy, which is bad for everyone.
