A few RWS/Diana 54 questions

First of all, is there any good sources on tuning the RWS/Diana 54 other than http://www.eddiecolwell.tzo.com/RWS-54.htm?

Does anyone know how effective the "How to get a better fit of the sliding action without jamming it" tune on the above website is? I just did it today on my 54 and I can feel the difference when sliding it by hand, but I haven't shot it yet.

I am ordering a GRT spring kit, can anyone tell me how much power I will lose? Regardles, I'm sure the power drop will be worth it. How does the GRT kit compare to the GSI? And what are your oppinions on the Monolith kit? Would it be as effective in smoothing out the gun as the other two springs even though it's got way more power?

Any other tips or tricks would be appreciated. I've just (finally) started to work on this gun. And my groups are (finally) getting tighter

i just ordered the GRT kit and an Apex seal. With this new spring installed, will I be able to use any scope, or should I still be cautious? I have a dampa mount...
