Any "pellet hoarders" (sniper) wanna help?

Any "pellet hoarders" (sniper) wanna help?

#1 Post by Wrong Way »

LOL...I need to find a good load for my MK "meat gun" and I want to try some of the heavier pellets....but as I find what works and stick to it, I don't want 250 of each! So: I'd like to try (buy) 25-50 or so of the crow magnums, kodiaks, and those new polymer tipped jobbies.

I'll buy you a tin of whichever one you prefer in exchange.

The MKI is no magnum and the super heavy Kodiaks are going to be loopy. It also won't have the power to open up the hollow points like the Crow Magnums or the polymer tipped JSB Predators.

Excellent pellets for the MKI are the JSB Exacts 5.52mm. They are heavier than the average pellet and has superb accuracy. The JSBs are made of soft lead. They mushroom pretty good. They are also excellent on most Crosman guns, especially the 22XX.

Would those be the "jumbos" on D&L's site?
How many grains are those (listed in grams....how to convert?)

Thanks!

Yes, I agree with ETA, JSB is excellent choice ....

Jumbo 1.03 gram = 15.9 grain

Yeah the jumbos are the .22 cal. You have to specify either 5.51 or 5.52 - I ordered two tins of jumbos but didn't specify, and I received one tin of each.

10-4. Anyone know of an Ontario source for these? If I order from D&L, after shipping it works out to like 17 bucks a tin!

If you buy a new gun as well, then the pellets can be thrown in the same box. This is how I buy all my pellets, it saves a lot of money :D
