Need Repair Help!

#1 Post by MaJoR_STG »

Hey guys this is my first post here.

I have a Crossman Model 781 .177 Single Pump pellet/bb repeater rifle which fell from my houses balcony and broke to pieces.

It was on my balcony because back in september my friend brought it to my house to show me, we looked at it and we put it down but my balcony is one of those | | | | | | ones and it sliped and fell through one of the open slots.

The rifle was never fired and broke on its first day of purchase :(

Good thing is that the gun isn't smashed, the insides have just fall apart and all it needs is some reassambling.

Can anybody tell me where I can find a store/shop in Richmond Hill that assembles rifles?

This is my friends so I need it fixed or elese I'll owe him a new gun.

Hmm, are there any guides that could perhaps show me how to do it?

The rifle doesn't cost much, $100 at your Canadian Tire but I'd still liked to avoid that.

If i could do it myself I would, but im no gunsmith unless I have a guide or something.

I tried to google it but it wouldn't show me the rifle unassembled.

If you got it from Candian Tire then return it!
Tell them that you aren't satisfied with the quality of the product.

Yeah :D - tell them you wanted an air rifle - not something best described as a 'falling-block break-action'.

Yeah.
Just assemble it the best you can. Then return it and says somethign is wrong with it.
They'll just give you a new one.
Chances are you wont get to to work perfectly. you probably lost some pieces when it took the fall.
Give it up

I have had mine apart and back together.........I will never do that again......there is one little spring that has to be held in place when doing final assembly........aaaaaargh.......I had to make a thin aluminum feeler guage to hold it while putting the two halves back together.

Hey, don't hate. It releases negative energy, which is bad for everyone.
