two pairs of pliers or vice grips...doesn't matter if you scar it up a bit.

the valve if i remeber right is locktighted together put it in a wood vice and take some rubber and a pair of vice grips or slip joint plires and unscrew it its not to hard but scarring the valve is somehting to try and avoid if you can
