Paintball and airsoft guns are not deemed firearms, nor are airguns under 5.7fpe and 500fps, UNLESS they are used to commit a crime, then they are treated like a firearm, all charges apply.

True enough...but pointing lets say a paintball gun at someone immediatly turns the innocent marker into a firearm due to the fact that it's a criminal offence to point a gun at someone.....I just find it funny how some laws can be interpreted. Just the same as how in toronto it's an offence to discharge an airgun in the city, but then we got paintball clubs in town, not to mention the international airgun competition we just had up by the airport....

Nevermind, just rambling here....

Nothing to do with Yunkers anyhow......

Unlike the Yunker 1 and Yunker 2, the Yunker 3 is made on a fully convertable firearm receiver. Give me the Yunker 3, and I can get a non firearm parts kit(no FFL needed) sent to my door. And with a few tools and readily available parts I could build a full auto(never would) or a semi on the very receiver, no problem. THATS why they are not legal for importation to the USA.

My newest rifle build from InRange, a Hungarian FEG SA 85- aint she perty 8)
