i finished putting together my 2240 today. hooked up with a remote line, with hpa setup. i did pretty basic valve mods, added a crosman steel breech, 24" .22 barrel... and my secret hammer set up 
well its probably not a secret, but, you never know 
anyhow, all i can say is wow...
donno how fast it shoots, but i was shooting beeman crow-magnums, and they seem almost as fast as my previous 1377 set up
