can you get one without the scope? if so, how much does it cost? won't ct match the price from other stores if you can find the same product for less somewhere else and prove it with a ctatlogoue or something? its easier to go to canadian tire for me.

i have already seen that one and have used the search function. i do not want any shipping involved. thanks for responding though. but i really need to know if that is possible to get a quest without a scope at ct. thanks very much.

as far as i can remember, yes. you can get either, if they have them.

You can get either one if your store carries them.
Last fall my CTC had the scoped version for $249. and
the stand alond rifle for $199.00.
LeBarons was seiing them for $120.00 shipping and tax was around $150.00
CTC checked out at $230.00 for the same thing.
If you have $80.00 to throw away see if they can order you one.
The quest 500 is a nice rifle, but not worth an extra $80.
