You didnt change stocks on it did you? Heres what happend with mine.
But if its a new gun i suggest returning it.

I wanted to put a 34 stock on my 24 due to the longer pull so i inleted the holes to hold the compression tube and bolted things snugly. I went to cock the gun and it wouldnt hold. There was material rubbing against the trigger unit stopping the trigger from engaging the arm.
So i took a dremmel and trimmed the stock till it worked

no i never changed the stock, i guess i will send it for a repair, because i dont think i can return it, because the store i got it from has closed down, and even if i did return it, i wouldnt be able to get it from anywhere else

Hmm.... Did it just start doing it one day??? Well sorry then
all i can suggest is if you dont feel comfortable doing it yourself.
Which is fine and possibly dangerous if your not familliar with airguns.
Send it in for service.....Good luck
