Yeah! All somebody has to do is figure out how to make it without requiring an experienced machinist, and not costing several times what the Cr gun does it's meant to go on. (Based on what a plain custom breech costs.) I'm sure somebody in China could do it for a few bucks each, if they wanted to... And bump the pellets up to 10 say, 10's a nice clip size for those who can't aim very well.

Um sorry to say cfraser, but the comment about Chinese people working for a few bucks each slightly offended me.

On another note, sniper probably has some kind of experience with metal work (SS Bolt), maybe he can try...

Well sorry, but do you have ANY idea who is making most of the guns that are exported here? Know anything about Norinco, for instance?? I can assure you their "employees" on the line would be thrilled to make a few bucks an hour, or a year... Google them if you don't read the back pages of newspapers.

But that's not what I meant, it was just maybe worded poorly. The guy said it took a huge amount of time to machine that breech and I didn't mean an honest Chinese machinist would do it for nothing. Chinese companies don't pay for designs. Does that offend you? Well they don't. They take them. And manufacture them for cheap. R&D takes time and money, and why bother if you don't have to.

Gotrice you are being way over sensitive about an innocent comment that you've taken totally out of context.
If you think education is expensive, try ignorance.

I guess you're right, maybe I read it worng...

Enough about that, back to the breech, I forgot who suggested the paintball type magazine, but I think it would work. Or how about a design based on a M1 Garand type of magazine?
