Has anyone tried the Cooper-T bulk fill system for the CR2240? It looks like all that is needed is a tank and product #8120 and #8015.
Anyone know the advantage of #8150 over #8015?
It sounds like the above system has QD so less chance of wearing parts and leakage... I guess. Hmmm...

CR2240 Bulk question
Those are almost alike exception of one has on/off valve and the other one doesn't, also 8015 is one way valve. I would take the 8150 because the manual on/off valve on it.
The fill and diconnect part is only good for QB because you can get 24 gram of co2 in it but not with 2240 since the inner powerlet adaptor is less than 12gram.

Hi Sniper,
Okay, I get it. The #8150 has manual shut-off which would be good for emptying the system. The #8015 has a one-way valve like the Xisico QB adapter.
I'm not sure what you mean by "The fill and diconnect part is only good for QB because you can get 24 gram of co2 in it but not with 2240 since the inner powerlet adaptor is less than 12gram."
It appears as though there is a #8150 for Crosman, as stated on the web site. The funnel looking end seals around the inside of the 2240 tube where the neck also seals, and the entire powerlet tube is pressurized with CO2. The long tube looks to have a hole which allows CO2 to fill the 2240 tube to give close to 12 grams. The #8015 should be the same (listed for Crosman and QB). The #8120 should be good for filling both styles. Am I off track on this?
PS - I left another "valve spring" posting at the other thread

Yes, you're right on track with that.
The tube of 12gr. eliminator is very small and would not give anywhere close to 12gr. but the 8150 , I see that at the end part is a bit like a cylinder design that just might hold 12gr.
Yes, the 8015 is the same. That perticular one for 2250 which is a bit longer tube, it might just hold 12gr. with no problem.
The 8120, get the one for the paintball bottle is better than the airsource for refilling because the check valve on the AS could waste alot of co2.
sorry, I got to make an addition here since I see there is a check valve on both systems. With PB bottle the check valve is on the neck of the quick disconnect. Nevertheless the PB is better because there on/off valve on the bottle, no waste on co2 except what's left on the line.
I prefer to use the Cooper-T fill station because is alot easier since there is a turn valve that can de-pressurize the line makes it more convenience.
Thanks for the idea about improving the seal around the port. I tried in the past but haven't got much luck and forgot about it completely since Cooper-T told me " forget about the little waste, don't worry about it since it gives enough power already", so I perfect it as much as I can with aluminum tubing, and make everything fit perfectly as minimum as possible waste of co2. Next one I will try it again.
