Recommended springer .22cal under $200
What is the best buy in the sprigner type rifle .22 cal non FAC version, nice wood stock and accurate (verry important)?
Thank's in advance

Xisico XS-B7 or XS-B3. They shoot right around 500fps with 14.3gr pellets.
Prices are around $100 from Sunny.

I'd definitely agree on the Xisico guns if you want bang for the buck. I own a B3 and I'd say that dollar for dollar nothing matches the value of these guns. This is especially true if you're willing to put a couple of hours work into tuning them. They're very tough and stand up to untold abuse, my B3 was the only airgun that made it through a back country trip I made this spring in perfect working condition. Then again if you do manage to break one, they're cheap enough to replace without a second thought.

I agree with the Diana 24 22 cal sweet gun quaility built to last for years and years aweosme warranty's with diana products never had to use come to think extremly accurat and good hard hitting as well. i have both models 177 and 22 cal and totaly happy with them, iam not saying this just because i sell them, i owned both before i started selling airguns, my first one was the 177 cal model and i fell in love with it, of all the air rifles i have and have shot i like the diana 24's the best, i have shot more expensive rifles as well and given the choice i prefer the diana fist and you can pass it on to the grand kids later on as well. there are better airifles for bigger dollars as well but for under 300.00 i feel there is noting that can compare to the model 24's.. have a great day

I find the b-7 very comfotable to shoot. The side cocking makes it real easy to sit in a chair on the porch and plink, and thats what it mostly gets used for.Accuracy......after sighting it in,I havent really shot paper with it.
At a measured 10m (outta my chair) bottle caps are a no brainer, spent 22 shells are pretty tuff.I can get the 22's most times with the QB.
Its not a highend gun,but works fine, nice solid thunk when shot, feels really good in yor hands.
The trigger is fine by my me,but thats probly the low point.I havent tuned anything on it,about 2500+ shots thru.
The side lever isnt quite as safe as a breakbarrel, you have to stick a finger right in there to load a pellet, bothers me to watch a newbie load it.
Thats something I didnt think of till it came up.Might be worth considering if you have kids.
Its got plenty of power,I dont have a crono, but I belive the 495fps spec.
I'll get another if I give this on to my nefew or something.
Anything else,let me know
