Beeman FH500 Camo

#1 Post by losttourist »

Hello all new here to your forum, I believe I used to lurk on your old msn site, the new look looks great. I tracked you down from the Canadian airsoft forum where I regularly play. Anyway here is a pic of my trusty ol beeman that Ive had about a year. I use it mostly when I head up to the cottage and plink away at pesky red squirrels...I should put some notches on the gun. lol It's rated at a lowly 475 I believe at Canadian tire where I bought it, but it's got enough power to hunt the red squirrels..not sure about the bigger black ones though.
I know the pic is kinda dark , but I took it in low light one morning. Oh the bullets are just for effect.

aarg after seeing the pic on the preview, I'll have to post another pic of it outside so you can see the color of the gun better.

I like case that you put your 500 in.
I got the Marksman 1790 which i belive has the same power plant.
I get about 400 fps with Copperhead pointed.
I had it for 3 years and so far i shot it about 2700 times with no problem at all.
I find it pretty accurate at 33 feet.
At the present time i have a small scope on it .
But On the picture below i have a lazer sight on it.
Did you put a 4x32 scope on it to replace the original 4x20 :?:

thanks guys, under500fps yup that's a crosman 4 x 32 much nicer, the case is from Lebaron , its called a take down case. I use it for my m4a1 as well that's why I substituted the one egg shell foam for a thinner foam liner. ( the m4 is a little thick)
