Carved out a CR600 grip today

Nothing too fancy, just stuck to the original design. The original design feels so nice, it's hard to beat.

Awesome work! I'd love to get my hands at trying to do custom grips for my 2240, but I wouldn't know where to start...

I actually think the 2240/13xx are the worst. Many things to be watching the same time and order of operations is very important to save grief. It's easy to screw up a 22xx grip.

Amen to that...the original design is just about perfect....one of the best factory grips I've tried.

When are your CR600 grips going into production?

Well, since all of my work is done freehand, production has started I guess lol. I just make them whenever I can find time after work. The one thing I will have to buy still is the #6-32 threaded insert for the one sided screw. I have one more left, but I think I know where to get some without waiting for shipment. I also have some Camo wood on order and I know some people want that.
