Thanks Parker.
Be careful thou, modding those 13XX/22XX is very addictive and they have a tendency to multiply like rabbits.

I know this is an old thread but, how do you get the steel silver like that? Are they original parts that have just been polished, or are they custom?
Thanks

No polishing needed.
Some sanding and degreasing. Apply some good silver automotive Mag wheel paint and clear coat. Tough and easy care.

How much did all that cost you? That is the best 22xx/13xx collection I have ever seen...
Hey, don't hate. It releases negative energy, which is bad for everyone.

It is made the same way Metalmuncher makes his low tech brakes. He also sells the kits.
Here is the thread:

Thank ABshooter.
Depends on which gun and the parts that goes into them. You can make them a lot cheaper these day, since Crosman starts sell their steel breech kit. Very good quality for an excellent price.
So you can make a simple 15" long barrel, steel breech version for a little as $50 + the price of a 2240 and some elbow grease.

Hi ETA,
Are you sure you have enough 22XX series?
You're just as bad as SNIPER with his collection of CR600s!
Nice collection ETA! I've just started are my second 2240 project. The 22XX series are great airguns.
Take care,

Would a Crosman .177 steel breech fit on a .22 Crosman 2240?
If so, would it produce higher velocities with the smaller caliber pellet?
