I had my 357-4-8 since October 2001 and 3200 shots.
I never had a problem with.
The trigger is ok.
The pistol grip and the outside of the 4"barrel are made of somekind of good plastic.
The co2 is good for about 66 shots
I am getting about 350 fps with the 4" barrel and 420 fps with the 8" barrel using Copperhead Pellets (With a new co2 at 20 degree C for the first 30 shots)

How is the 357 a semi auto?
It’s  revolver, it even looks like one (not to mention functions too)
By p99 do you mean CP99 or CP sport, or the new CP99 compact? None one here seems to have the CP99 Compact, so if you want to be first.
fyi CP99/ Sport are not semiautos either they're just DAO (CP sport) and DA/SA (CP99) the new CP99 compact has blowback feature just like the PPK and IS a true semi-auto
as far as power go 357 with 6in or 8in is more powerful than CP99/sport models

Buy my .357 6"
It's got a bigger clip than the CP99 (10 shots versus 8 ), it's more powerful and the accuracy isn't too bad either.
I put 500 pellets through it with no problems and managed it on only 5 powerlets so it's pretty gas-efficient. I just bought it from SIR two weeks ago but I haven't touched it since I picked up my Xisico B4-2.
Included is a hard shell pistol case, pellgunoil, an unopened pack of 500 crosman wadcutters and 25 Crosman CO2 powerlets. $75 plus shipping for everything.![Smile :)](./images/smilies/icon_smile.gif)
