Anyone know a good way to do a barrel extension on a drozd?

This is the place to talk about everything airgun related including air rifles, air pistols, pellet guns, pcp airguns and more.

Here's an image of a basic Drozd in yellow.

Mine is in pieces at the moment, just recovering from a dye job.

The image is not viewable... Maybe you can see it on your end because it is cached...

ETA, thanks. so that worked good on your drozd?? when you glued the extension on did you keep the barrel bushing on the gun and just insert the extension till it hit the barrel or did you take it off? do you know if it increased performance at all?

I just "keep the barrel bushing on the gun and just insert the extension till it hit the barrel".

I have a 12" section of 1760 with no other mods and I am getting about 595fps with Gamo lead balls. Imagine the velocity of the much lighter steel BBs. With the extension, accuracy is at least double the stock version.
