#1 Post by Dustman »

Hey guys, i was wondering if anyone has any experience with either of these guns. Pictures may be seen on the online catalogue for Russell's Sports.

Any information is greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

I have the Gamo V-3, so far so good, thousand bb's went thru it, very consistant power about 410 to 439, one powerlet would last about 80 shots or more, good accuracy with rifle barrel, very bad trigger. It started very hard, it took along time and oil before trigger was starting to loosen up abit. It's very cheap and good for short distance rapid shooting at crosman battery operated reset target. The farthest I've tried was at 15 yards.

You are right Sniper either they are very good or very bad. The Gamo warranty support concerns me here in Canada.

Yeah .... sometimes I'm not so sure if I would recommended to anybody since the trigger is so bad. For sure it's not good fun thing for kids since they would have a hardtime pulling the trigger.

I had a warranty issue with the R77 Classic. Gamo exchanged it without any hassle. It was shooting at 300 fps or less, even at single shot.
