The only thing with mine the rear site has to be adjusted totally to the right to shot straight and i had to shim the scope that came with it to center it.
But i prefer to shoot without The scope on it.
Check your front site, i have shot 3 of these guns, and the front site is not lined up right, it will be off to the side, thats y your rear site is off to the right, you can use a hair dryer, heat up the front site and turn it.

thanks for the tip about the front sight .
You are right the front sight is tilted about 5 degrees to the right.
