I picked up an old 38T the other day, I haven't refinished it yet ,I wanted to shoot it first. I cleaned the barrel and loaded a Co2 cartrige and tried it out, I shot at a target ( 67 lbs paper) from about 25 feet and most shots didn't go through the paper and bounced back, and didn't shoot very accurate either. Is this typical or is the barrel worn out or what ????

the 38T and 38C are 22 cal and 177 cal pistols they can easisly take out partraige and other small game and will flaten a pellet easy...
there is a wheel type deal in the 38 where the hammer spring is.. the wheel rests on the spring and the side of the grip frame inside... move the wheel up 3/4 of the way up toward the upper part of the gun to increas the power of the gun. the back end of the hammer spring should then be almost touching the powerlet at that point.thats the full max out power of the 38 at that point..
do that then let me know how it does...
