Do bb guns prefer certain brand of bb's the same way pellet guns do?
I did not use them but noticed "Croman's" bb's seem to have flat spots on them, does it matter?

Daisy Match Grade Avanti Precision Ground Shot .177 Cal, 5.1 Grains, Steel BBs are the best if you can find them .

In addition to the Daisy Premiums,Umarex steel bbs are also a good choice as well as Hornady Black Diamonds. I find no difference with these 3 brands in my bb guns none of which are easily found in a walk- in store but are online from Walmart (for Umarex) and Airgunsource for all three. Crosmans are certainly not recommended.
