Attached a vented copper water pipe to my chronograph and shot through it to get a reading. I think I need to invest in a proper chrony! Anyway this worked and it was reading between 410 and 425 fps

Another source for sear/trigger springs is to dissect the 'schrader' valve from a tire valve stem. The smaller valves have a shorter spring, the longer exposed style spring can be easily trimmed to whatever size is needed.

Thanks, good info for anybody wanting to lighten the trigger.
According to chairgun my gun is actually shooting around 450 fps. At 420 it should have dropped 1/2" or so, but it actually rose

Looking again at chairgun it looks like it actually was actually shooting around 460fps if my measurements were at all close. Looks like I need to get a 50m tape and do some checking. My chronograph could be measuring slow overall. That'd make me happy for my crosman 2100/1322 project, was disappointed at the numbers I was getting. But not so good for trying to tune to 500fps on pistols[emoji26]

You're in Norway, so lucky you don't have to worry about the 500fps rule like us [emoji6]

Well I bought a little laser for my cp-1 on aliexpress. Put it on Nd and after a bit of trouble getting it adjusted, it is now working well. Getting some nice groups in the basement, will have to get it outside and see how it does at 25 yards [emoji4] Image

I ended up leaving my weaver adapter on even though this laser also fits regular dovetail if the mounts are flipped. Figure it's easier to switch back to the red dot this way.

Lol looking at the gun after posting that picture, I realized that I might be able to squeeze that laser on the dovetail on the front of the loading chamber. Sort of fits, works anyway! Now I can have both at the same time [emoji4] Image

As a side note, I bought this laser for $12 shipping included, and that was epacket on aliexpress. Can't recommend epacket enough! If anyone on here wants to buy on aliexpress, choose epacket if it's at all reasonable, because it will mean a wait of only a week compared to months and you have tracking all the way to your post office. After waiting over 90 days for 3 different packages with the free shipping I learned my lesson! Hopefully this helps someone else out there skip a lot of stress waiting and waiting with no tracking once it leaves China!

This is the same small laser I have been using for years on all my guns for indoor shooting ( useless though in sunlight). Free shipping
Ebay items from China are much slower than a few years ago . I believe that the item gets to Vancouver in reasonable time
but the problem is that CP does not have enough manpower to sort and move out the large quantities of ebay purchases quickly
so the slowdown starts in Canada. Those from Hong Kong tend to be moved out quicker for some reason.

Don't bother contacting seller after expected delivery date-they can't do anything to speed it up.They may offer refund but hope you will repay for it after receipt. In fairness, give it 90 days or epacket in future from sellers that offer this or choose shipping extra option.
