Finally the Hill pump is here.
It's built very heavy duty, easy to pump right up to 200 bars .... ofcourse you got to be inshape. I had to take a break every 50 strokes but no problem. To pump up the QB, I got to get an adaptor from 3/16 to 1/8 NPT.
I'm curious how many pumps it takes to reach 200 bars? I have been avoiding PCP rifles and pistols like the plague, mainly because I don't want to be paying to get them filled; manually pumping however, I can live with.
Also, for anyone thats interested, 1 bar is standard atmospheric pressure at sea level, or about 14.7psi.
To reach 200 bars from empty, it was alot of strokes, I lost count after 50 but after to fill around the green section wasn't too bad. PCP is best way to go for airguns but the cost is still quite high for the Europeans high quality PCP. If I'll be doing more shooting with the PCP airguns in the future I'm seriously consider getting the HPA compressor or perhaps build one.

Pumping it up from empty is a fair bit of work.
It is not so bad from 90 to 190bars. Maybe about 90 to 100 pumps for 50 shots. Very good efficiency compare to other power plant like springers, SSPs and multi-pumps.
Come on Sniper? How are you going to keep in shape over the winter months if you get a compressor and a bottle?
looks nice . i.m sure you'l love it . i'm waiting to see how my logun holds up before i say any thing good about it. i'm sure it is good but i just got my quik couplings today so i have used it very little.
any plans for going to 3300 psi . and maxing the gun out? you'l have to get some 21gr pellets.
200bars (2,790psi) is the maximum. Big fat warning on the manual.
Regulator failure, valve lock-up, blow a pressure relief seal, who knows. Not about to find out.
Besides, pumping beyond 200bar will be a PITA, unless you weight 250lbs.

Exercising my jaw with food ........LOL....

Yes, I got to see what's available first.

Alot of guys in U.K are using the venom bottle at 300 bar but I'm not 100 % sure if anything needs to be changed. The good thing about that bottle is 314 grams lighter than the stock and also longer to hold more air.
Certainly don't want to pump 300 bars, that could take 1/2 day. The compressor is must have then .....
i didn't know the gun was under 3000psi . i just read about the 3300 psi . i assumed thats what they went to .. also i think the hills pumps are good for 3300psi . is your pump maxed at 3300psi?
i wouldn't chance blowin the parts off a $1000 gun .

Yes, the pump is good for 230 bars or 3300psi.
I supposed or guessed that the bottle neck only let so much air pressure at the given time and the gun has air regulator to only let so much air pressure in the valve, so the advantage having a bigger and higher pressure bottle is basically more shots. Unless I increase the pressure in the valve and put a havier hammer spring then would increase the power as well ....... perhaps ...... I was analyzing at the schematic diagram.

Hey Sniper, you are able to get a hold of diagrams for the HW100? How about emailing me a copy? Thanks.
