BSA Airsporter

#1 Post by oldford2 »

Hi,
Guess I'm a little shy  I know very little about air guns.
I hope someone can help me out I have come into possession of a .177 Cal. BSA Airsporter, but I have not been able to find out much about it.
The rifle is very well made, but sadly the thumb piece on the loading port is broken.
I would like to repair it, but I do not know what model it is, or where to find parts for it.
The only markings on barrel " BSA Guns LTD England" and three rifles leaning in threesome with BSA stamped below.
Also on top of the gas chamber is stamped "Airsporter"
Any help will be much appreciated.
Best regards!

HI:Here is a site that I have gotten parts off of.They are in the UK and you might get sticker shock once you pay the currency diff and shipping.

Airsporters came in different versions and calibers so make sure of what you have before ordering.
Good luck
