Looking For The distance between to breech screw holes?

Can anyone can check the distance between the center of the front breech screw hole to the Rear Breech screw hole on the tube?

A quick couple measurements with cheapy digital calipers on a Disco tube I have laying here says between .450" - .453"

They are 7/16" apart.... 0.438" C-T-C

Would a 1/8" and 13/64 for the top of the hole be big enough for a new hole in the rear location for the 2240 breech on a discovery tube?

Not sure on the sizes.
