Re: Cool .22 Pellets From Brazil....
I wonder if we can buy them here, or the U.S. They look like great penetrators. It would be interesting to test for accuracy with this unique design.
Re: Cool .22 Pellets From Brazil....
Yeah, they are interesting.. but I doubt the accuracy as without a cone shape the air flow might push it from aside and might also cause too much turbulent flow around it...
And I found that if you want true penetration, it's better to look for the material (non-lead) other than the shape of the 'driver bit'...

10 shot clips are illegal, except of course, for organized 3-gun shoots, etc!!!YepYep wrote:I got some with me everyday in the trunk too. And they are all loaded in the mag too !

Re: Cool .22 Pellets From Brazil....
Their design seems to be modelled after the high velocity extreme penetrator bullets.
Re: Cool .22 Pellets From Brazil....
Yes they are - but - likely are too long for stability and accuracy.
Only testing will prove one way or the other.

I tried them; they screw up your barrel after the first ten shots.
I bought them at Cabela's; I got screwed.
However, I hear they're great for springers: shoot these and you don't have to worry about the nuts and bolts of the artillery hold.

If your barrel is grooved and you shoot one at the end of a screw...will it screw it in? Lol
