Well if you live in a area that very damp. It might be a good idea.
You can get a FX air dryer for the exhaust that goes before the whip. That's about 36$ from airgun source. But the intake you can just use a air dryer for a shop air compressor.

You can use one of these tampon ones, that most guys use, or convert it to dessicant. oil water separator 1 piece/lot

There is some guys on GTA have threads on converting it, but they are mostly using this big one for the dessicant. PCP oil/water separator 30 mpa 4500psi 310bar

I think you can get a good substitute from Princess Auto.

Thanks for the replies guys I will check that. If I remember the desiccant (the beads) will not last forever, what's the type of desiccant used in this filter?
Re: Benjamin PCP Hand Pump desiccant filter
You just put the beeds in the oven for a bit and after you can use them again. I have had the same beeds for years and they still work. The beeds change color when they need to be put in the oven again.

Would this be a good deal on the beads? 1 Quart Orange Premium Desiccant Indicating Silica Gel Beads(Industry Standard 2-4mm) - 2 LBS Reusable https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B01I5Y2DG6/ref ... nAb6TDZ5K1
Or this maybe?

Re: Benjamin PCP Hand Pump desiccant filter
Does anyone have any data on how well the beads actually work? I know in theory they should, I’m just doubtful how well they work given the air is sucked through the beads quickly and then pushed into the air cylinder. Not a lot of time to remove moisture. I still use them in my hill pump I just have no clue how much they are really doing.
