Crosman Model 99

#1 Post by sniper »

Crosman 99 is increadible air rifle, since I've been wanting the Walther lever action but I saw this one was for sale by Marvin (The AirGun Guy). After I took it back home and started shooting with it ...... man this thing is amazing, 22 cal. with 14 mag. built in just like CR600, fast lever action with 2 power setting. Cock the lever automatically load the pellet and shoot consistent 400 fps. Cock the lever and pull back the hammer (active working hammer) shoot consistent at 530........ wow ...... nice....
the weight is about the same as 22 rimfire lever action. This gun is made all out of metal .....NO PLASTIC PART.... and wood ....I'm glad to own this gun .... no mod is need ... hmmm perhaps I can easily install 88gr. co2.

Thanks Rob & ETA,

Crosman 99 was copy of Savage 99 which was also made in Ontario at Coburg.

Here is a really nice one, it hasn't got as much character as the one that I have.
