Are the Quest, Legacy, and Winchester all pretty much the same rifle just with different names?

They are all different rifles by different manufacturers.

The quest and the legacy are both basicly the same. They shoot at the same velocity except the legacy also comes in .22. But they are both made by crosman because banjamin is now owned my crosman. And the only main difference in the 2 is that the legacy is a few ounces heavier which really doesn't make a difference.
