First time airgun (2289) owner, and board newbie

Hi Everyone,

I have the pleasure of owning a brand new crosman 2289g. In all honesty, I can say that there is not one surviving pop can in my recycle bin... It's a lot of fun, and best of all I didn't need a license, since the 2289 is "modified to bring it within the 500 fps limit" imposed by Canadian law. Now I'd really like to find out what this modification is, and how to play around with the setup of the gun. I don't even know where to begin, so if anyone has any info, I'd love to hear it.

Yes there are tons of ways to cheat the exssesive laws of our country and many members who post here who are experts in just that kind of thing(modding 22xx airguns).
