how is 853C detuned for Canadian market?

how is 853C detuned for Canadian market?
I have a Daisy Avanti 853C I know it has been detuned for the Canadian Market for below the 495fps threshhold. Does anyone know how this detune is accomplished and if it can be reversed. Also are there any other power mods. this is a great little shooter but is so lacking in power that I am considering selling it. I did a PC chrony on it it with hobby pellets and was getting around 420fps. If I worked it out correctly, with hobbies being a 7 grain pellet that is giving me 2.74fpe. Not too impressive.
Airgunning is my hobby... and it is cheaper than
maintaining an outside relationship with another woman.

I don't think that the Daisy Avanti 853c is detuned for the Canadian market but i could be wrong 
My 853c does 460 fps with CooperheadWadcutter & 470 fps with CooperheadPointed 7.8 grains average.
Personaly i find it hard to PC chrony this gun it gives all kinds of sound waves and it makes it hard to pick the right sound waves.
May be your pellets are too lite or may be the gun needs oil
By the way mine don't works good with Daisy pointed pellets at 7.1 grains average.
