That's a pricey piston seal, supply and demand I guess.
Ditto the breach seal, can't you just use a really fat O-ring? I believe I found the dimensions somewhere, but now i can't find them again.

Take your original breech o-ring into a hydraulics shop and they can match it up. They will likely just give you one since it's not worth collecting the 30 cents.
The Slavia piston seal is a difficult one to find. I sold a few last year but I'm out right now and don't know where to get more. The seal has a hole in the center and slides onto a rod sticking out of the piston. Only friction holds it on. The last 630 I opened up had a problem with the seal pulling off the rod. I ended up gluing it on with SuperGlue and all was fine. I'll have to use heat if/when it eventually needs replacing. I wonder if a cheapo Crosman B18 seal could be modified to work in the 630/631. A tapered post could be made with a hole so it could be glued onto the original seal rod. I'm just not sure on the OEM piston seal diameter. Another option is to have someone make up an oring adapter for the piston.
