Post subject: Mini review of the Crosman C41 BB Pistol Posted: Thu Nov 04, 2010 8:05 pm |

I got this all metal Replica of a Walther P38 a few days back from SSS.It cost 64 dollars plus GST.My first impression is that it is a small pistol with a lot of heft.It loads 19 BB's from a magazine that goes up into handle. It is powered by CO2 and is a non-blowback design.Double action only for the trigger with a smooth long pull.I first tried it with Crosman Copperhead ...

First of all; Kudos and sincere thanks to SSO in BC for shipping this rifle to me in 4 days door to door, including functional and accuracy testing. Always a pleasure to deal with Rhonda and Mike - exceptional service with a smile!
Overall Impression This is why I love German made guns - slick engineering, Mercedes like quality, refined, tank like toughness, sleek design, finished to the 9s and just performs the way you ...

Post subject: Trigger is excellent on the Weihrauch HW40 Posted: Fri Oct 15, 2010 2:38 pm |
|
I've only had this pistol for two days, but I'd like to tell any forum members who don't know this, but the trigger on the Weihrauch HW40 is very, very good indeed.
I have quite a few centerfire rifles that don't have a trigger that is this predictable and smooth. For a gun that only costs two bills, that is quite amazing in my opinion.
I'm left wondering what my most accurate air rifle, the ...

Post subject: Older Drozd converted to use Blackbird Magazine. Posted: Sun Oct 10, 2010 10:40 am |

Hello all. First I must say this conversion is not cheap but I had all the parts from other projects. This enables you to use the BB magazine in an older Drozd. You end up with 2 Blackbirds, sort of. First you have to have a BB. There is no way of getting the 400 round motorized mag. without buying a BB. Next you need the new Russian board or a spare BB board. You ...

 Went to Walmart today and picked one up. What a grat dissappointment!!!!. Right away I felt that cocking was way too easy. Then I put the CZ Diabolo Boxer pellet in it and ... it almost felt that I could catch that pellet with my hand. It didn't even make it to the target (no jocking here). Then I tried Crossman pointed premium ...

Post subject: Full review of the Umarex Makarov Posted: Thu Oct 07, 2010 12:49 am |
|
I've given my first impression, now here's the full review. Please forgive the horrible pictures, best camera available to me now. Accuracy: I was actually quite surprised with the accuracy of the Makarov, above is a 5 shot group, shot in single action from approximately 20' away with one hand with RWS "match grade" bbs. I was aiming for the center, so it looks like I really need to work on my ...
