I was recently having problems zeroing my Ruger air hawk only to find a broken spring. During my quest to find the problem, I tried the gun with and without the muzzle break. There was a foot difference at 50 yds. Well I've owned my Air Hawk for a couple of months now and have put about 3000 rounds "at least" through her. Now I have four other air rifles, which I try to shoot as often as I can, however I spend a lot of time with the Ruger because I just cant get it to group, or even shoot the same from one day to the next. I am trying to group at 50 ...

only thing not stock is the added GTBJ shroud that catches even MORE lead dust than the factory shroud does :mrgreen: :mrgreen: :mrgreen: :mrgreen:

Bought the S W M P bb pistol yesterday so thought I'd review it.
So far not bad is very accurate at around 10 ft not noisy and oi like the drop out clip manufacturer states it is up to 480 fps but an online review averages it at 460i didn't get the 120 bbs out of a canister but got pretty close the only trhing I don't like is when you slide the grip ...

Crosman is now falsely representing (on the packaging) their 2289g model in Canada.

The packaging shows a picture of a 2289g with a:
-ALL "metal" frame utilizing two frame screws.
-Brass trigger
-Plastic cross block trigger guard for tamper resistance.


Inside the box is a different story.
-The gun does NOT have the all "metal" frame utilizing two screws, it now has a plastic frame door (like the PC77- wanna be 1377) with three allan ...

Back when I did photography I once bought a LINHOF tripod head. It was a magnificent hunk of German engineered metal and worthy of being a wheel bearing in a tank. But compared to the pistol grip tripod head I later got made by MANFRODO it was overbearing and ...well..Teutonic.
The Italian made head was just so responsive and easy to use and for the weight of cameras in use back then it was more ...

I have just ordered a 3-12x40 Barska ao air rifle scope.The reviews from the dealer sites, are encouraging, however i trust user reviews more. Does any one in this forum have one? I'd like to hear some input.

Picked up the last "Remington" Air Master 77 Wholesale Sports in Winnipeg had in the store. I did well at 99 dollars before taxes. I'm still seeing these for 159 on various web sites. Gun has been removed from the Crosman site. I wonder if production has ended.



First impressions: At 4 3/4 lbs, the gun has good heft and balance.
