I spent a few hours shooting this morning, beautiful morning here, no wind and about 10c when I got to the acreage. I started out with the 'refreshed' HW77k in .22 and had alot of fun. I used to shoot this gun with a diopter and globe front sight and was able to group 1/4" at 30yds with that set up(from a rested postion). I now have a 3-9x32AO Sportsman on it and getting those ...

the 150 hits hard and holds gas well. the mark1 target worked great then the piercing needle seal blew,I replaced it with a seal from a hydraulic shop they said it was the best grade they had I havent tried it out yet but the seal will probably need to be replaced with a real one. Thanks for any input.

I can't count how many posts I've read in the past and presant about guys going from spring piston AG's to PCP's and NEVER going back to springers. For a long time I avoided PCP guns because I was affraid that I would become another statistic and have dozens of springers collecting dust. Not to mention the misconseptions I was taught about the 'hassles' of shooting a PCP, all false. All I need is the ...

Post subject: can you make a 1377 into a co2 gun
PostPosted: Fri Apr 13, 2007 9:33 pm
Can you swap out a 1377 pump and make it into a co2 pistol.
I want to keep the barrel the same lenght and put a tube of the same lenght as the pump tube, so it will look stock but its co2 powered.
Thanks for any info.

 Post subject: Refreshed HW77k...
PostPosted: Fri Apr 13, 2007 7:42 pm
I got a new factory mainspring for my 77k today and installed it this afternoon. The original spring had three coils break off after around 3500rds, and was replaced by a used Diana 48 spring that was only supposed to be temporary but ended up lasting a bit longer than I expected. But the last chrony reading was down to around 600fps with Exacts 5.52 so it was definetly time for a new one. After ...
